I have just had my first eye test at McGuiness today. They have friendly, welcoming staff who completed a full and in depth exam and explained everything thoroughly. Front of shop staff were very helpful when I was choosing my frames. I was quite nervous and they made me feel relaxed from the moment I walked through the door. All Covid 19 rules were adhered to which made me much more at ease.

First eye test in a number of years and an enjoyable experience where the staff were helpful and friendly. Thorough and informative examination and great advice when selecting my glasses. Excellent service and highly recommended.

I went for the first time today with my three kids as wanted to support a small local business rather than big chains. I am so pleased I did as the service was amazing, really thorough eye tests and they were so good with kids especially as they were nervous. We weren’t rushed and were allowed to take our time picking glasses. Would highly recommend.

Very polite helpful staff. Professional and excellent eye examination and after service. The staff were only too happy to search for other frames on the internet extra to those available in the shop.
